Returns Policy

We do not want you to accept anything from The Original Dolls House Company that you are not completely satisfied with.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you receive from The Original Dolls House Company, you may return it within 30 days in the original packaging at no cost to yourself by using our FREEPOST address. You will be fully refunded, excluding the outward postal charge.

Please note

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• If an item within a set is broken the whole set must be returned.
• All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
• Please ensure all items returned to us are well packaged.

We can either refund or replace an item that you are not satisfied with.
